The principals of FTF have more than 75 years of experience in real estate development, construction and finance. FTF is affiliated with Michael Roberts Construction, Inc., (MRC) a CA General Contractor with extensive experience building high density infill apartments. FTF., in partnership with MRC, brings unparalleled expertise in the thoughtful and efficient design and construction of its new communities.

FTF's mission is to enhance the communities in which we live and work by developing high quality affordable housing. FTF partners with industry leaders in finance, architecture, engineering, construction, property management and resident service providers to exceed client objectives and deliver superior residential real estate projects. We are actively pursuing joint venture opportunities with for profit and nonprofit developers in multiple markets where we can fulfill our mission of Housing Made Affordable.
