FTF in partnership with Echelcon, brings unparalleled expertise in the thoughtful and efficient design and construction of its new communities.

FTF's mission is to enhance the communities in which we live and work by developing high quality affordable housing. FTF partners with industry leaders in finance, architecture, engineering, construction, property management and resident service providers to exceed client objectives and deliver superior residential real estate projects.
