Jim RendlerJim Rendler is the Director of Development of For the Future Housing Inc. (FTF). He is responsible for managing land acquisition and project entitlements. Additionally, he is responsible for managing consultants to ensure all that project goals and objectives are achieved.

Mr. Rendler began his professional career selling investment property while obtaining his college degree. After college he worked for a real estate broker selling single family homes and raw land for residential development. Mr. Rendler was successful in transitioning to real estate development. In an effort to learn all aspects of the development process, Mr. Rendler started working with ROEM Builders Inc. as a project engineer. While in this position, he was responsible for managing the environmental remediation and offsite improvements for a thirty acre master planned community in San Jose.  Mr. Rendler was also responsible for managing the construction of 53 townhome units prior to focusing on land acquisition responsibilities full time. Mr. Rendler was promoted to Director of Land Acquisition in January 2008 and was responsible for identifying, analyzing and pursuing prospective development opportunities. He assisted with financial analysis and managed projects through the entitlement and building permit process. Mr. Rendler was successful in applying his construction experience to identify, quantify and create solutions to challenges associated with new development opportunities. Mr. Rendler was also responsible for managing property dispositions at ROEM Development. 

Mr. Rendler is a licensed CA Real Estate Broker and CA General Building Contractor.  Mr. Rendler is a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). 

Mr. Rendler has a B.S. in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
